Fill & Weigh is not a sealer. It is a multi-channel weigher that sits ahead of the sealer and fills loose product into every pack by weight, then feeds an Apollo or Hermes line that seals it.
Ideal for: Loose product such as grapes, pomegranate arils, cut fruit mixes and nuts, filled into cups, bowls and trays.

Why fill by weight
Loose product does not fill by volume. Grapes, arils and nuts settle differently in every cup, so a volume filler either overfills to stay legal or underfills and risks a rejected pack. A weigher fills each pack to its target weight instead, which keeps giveaway down on every pack, all year. Because it feeds the sealer directly, the line stays one continuous process from loose product to sealed pack.
Settle these before anyone quotes
- Your product. How it flows, whether it is sticky or fragile, and whether it is wet. This decides the infeed.
- Target weight and tolerance. Ask for the expected giveaway at your target weight, measured on your product.
- Four or eight channels. More channels mean more combinations to hit the target weight, at a higher machine cost.
- The sealer it feeds. Fill & Weigh pairs with Apollo for trays and cups or Hermes for cups. Size the pair together.
